First time taking a Kundalini yoga class? Here’s everything you need to know.
- Come to class wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Bring a shawl or something to cover yourself during the relaxation part of the class.
- Try not to eat anything heavy for about two hours before the class begins.
- Bring a yoga mat, or we can provide one if you don’t have one. Likewise, try to remember to bring a water bottle. But don’t worry, there’s a fountain in case you forget.
